About the Role 
We are recruiting an experienced Dental Ceramist to join a well-established, modern dental laboratory in North West Birmingham. This role is suited to a technician who takes pride in producing high-end, aesthetic ceramic restorations and enjoys working in a quality-focused environment rather than high-volume production.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional results for dentists and patients, working with premium materials and modern equipment alongside a skilled and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities- Fabrication of high-quality ceramic restorations, including crowns, bridges, and veneers
- Advanced ceramic layering, contouring, and finishing
- Accurate shade matching with strong attention to detail
- Maintaining consistently high aesthetic and technical standards
- Working collaboratively with other technicians and clinicians
- Ensuring all work meets laboratory quality and turnaround standards
- Proven experience as a Dental Ceramist / Ceramic Technician
- Strong background in aesthetic dental ceramics
- Excellent eye for detail, form, and natural tooth morphology
- Confident working independently while contributing to a team
- Commitment to quality, consistency, and professional standards
