Full-Time 40 Hours per Week Leadership & Growth Opportunity

Queens Road Dental Care is looking for an experienced and inspiring Practice Manager to lead our busy, modern practice through an exciting period of growth.

About the Practice

Queens Road Dental Care is a private, 9 surgery practice in Nottingham with a strong reputation for delivering high quality patient care. Following a recent refurbishment and the addition of a brand new surgery, this is a great time to join and play a key role in shaping the next phase of the practice's development.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware manager who wants to make a real impact. Building on an already strong team, you will focus on enhancing the patient journey, improving operational performance, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Foster a positive, collaborative working environment
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
Operational Management
  • Oversee the day to day running of the practice
  • Monitor KPIs and improve processes to maximise efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards
Financial Performance
  • Drive revenue growth and support delivery of P&L targets
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability
  • Work closely with clinicians and the wider team to optimise results
Marketing & Growth
  • Work with the central marketing team on campaigns, website updates, and social media
  • Increase patient enquiries and strengthen the practice's local presence
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business and enhance the patient experience

We're looking for someone with a background in healthcare or a clinical environment (dental experience is a plus but not essential), who has proven experience leading larger teams. You'll bring strong commercial awareness, including working with KPIs and P&L, and be a confident leader who can inspire others while maintaining high standards. You should be highly organised, proactive, and solutions focused, with experience supporting marketing initiatives and driving business growth.
