The role

This is a full time Clinic Manager position, Monday to Friday, offering a varied and hands on leadership role. You'll work closely with the clinical team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice, while also keeping an eye on the bigger picture. Your role will balance people management, operational oversight, and commercial awareness, making sure the practice continues to run efficiently and grow sustainably.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, supporting, and developing the practice team
• Overseeing daily operations, compliance, and high clinical standards
• Managing rotas, workflows, and resources to keep the practice running smoothly
• Championing an excellent patient experience from start to finish
• Supporting performance, efficiency, and long term growth

About you

• Proven management experience, ideally within healthcare, dental, or a similar people focused environment
• Confident leading teams and handling day to day operational challenges
• Organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable juggling priorities
• Strong communication skills with a warm, professional approach
• Commercially aware, with an eye for improving systems and performance

Dental or healthcare experience is helpful but not essential. What matters most is your ability to lead people well, maintain high standards, and create a positive environment for both patients and staff.
