Dental Lab Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dental Technician to join a well-established and forward-thinking dental laboratory in Dorset as a Laboratory Manager.

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day laboratory operations, managing workflow efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily operations of the dental laboratory
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of technicians
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high clinical and aesthetic standard
• Monitoring workflow, turnaround times, and quality control procedures
• Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards
• Liaising with dentists and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Supporting business growth and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dental Technician
• Previous laboratory management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of crown & bridge, prosthetics, or CAD/CAM workflows advantageous
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and client relationship abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
