Administrative Officer to join the
Northern Ireland Medical & Dental Training Agency (NIMDTA).
This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the delivery of
Postgraduate Dental Education and Training across Northern Ireland. Working within a professional and supportive team, you will contribute to the smooth running of key systems and processes while providing high-quality administrative support to colleagues, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals.

The RoleAs an Administrative Officer, you will:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Dental Team.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of postgraduate dental education and training programmes.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of departmental administrative systems and procedures.
- Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and correspondence for senior staff.
- Manage enquiries and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service to staff, trainees, suppliers, and members of the public.
- Attend meetings and accurately record notes and actions.
- Support the planning and organisation of meetings, events, and training activities.
- Manage workloads effectively to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment stock levels.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Experience producing professional reports, correspondence, and documentation
