Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an Administrative Officer to join the Northern Ireland Medical & Dental Training Agency (NIMDTA).
This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the delivery of Postgraduate Dental Education and Training across Northern Ireland. Working within a professional and supportive team, you will contribute to the smooth running of key systems and processes while providing high-quality administrative support to colleagues, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals.

The Role


As an Administrative Officer, you will:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Dental Team.
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of postgraduate dental education and training programmes.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of departmental administrative systems and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and correspondence for senior staff.
  • Manage enquiries and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff, trainees, suppliers, and members of the public.
  • Attend meetings and accurately record notes and actions.
  • Support the planning and organisation of meetings, events, and training activities.
  • Manage workloads effectively to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment stock levels.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
