Job Description

Strong Recruitment Group are currently looking for an experienced Demolition Site Manager to join a market-leading civil engineering and demolition contractor working across South Wales.

The Role:

Oversee day-to-day site operations
Ensure a strong safety-first culture
Manage programmes, resources and RAMS
Liaise with clients, suppliers and stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven demolition management experience
SMSTS (CCDO Demolition Manager preferred)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Full UK Driving License

Package Includes:

£55k - £60k salary
Company vehicle or car allowance
Pension, life assurance & bonus
27 days annual leave
