House of Louie in the heart of the West End is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie - Sushi to join the Wani Tzuki team. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality sushi and Japanese dishes with care for presentation, hygiene and consistency.

This role offers a vibrant kitchen environment where you can develop sushi and Japanese cuisine skills and progress within a busy, dynamic hospitality operation spanning two restaurants and a late-night bar.
