Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high quality dishes in line with kitchen standards
  • Support the Chef de Partie in the day to day running of the section
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
  • Ensure food hygiene, health and safety standards are always met
  • Assist with stock rotation and minimise waste
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment
  • Support junior team members where required
Person Specification
  • Previous experience within a professional kitchen environment
  • Passion for food and a desire to develop culinary skills
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
