POSITION OVERVIEWWe have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Kitchen Brigade as a Demi Chef de Partie.
The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for the production of food within their designated sections, ensuring that preparations are made of the highest standards at all times. Additionally, you will encourage communication regarding food service, especially when highly individual and personalised service is requested by our clients. You will build an excellent rapport with the wider kitchen team, including the Executive Chef, who you will keep informed of any noteworthy instances in the kitchen.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS- Culinary degrees or qualifications desirable
- A passion for food and cooking
- An eagerness to develop your culinary skills
- Relevant experience in a Five star or fine dining property is essential
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Good command of the English language
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
