Another Place, The Lake is seeking a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to support our Sous and Junior Sous Chefs. This full-time role involves ensuring high standards of culinary precision and quality across two restaurants. You will oversee food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Candidates should possess an NVQ Level 1 Food Hygiene certificate and demonstrate excellent time-management skills. Overtime is paid at an hourly rate, and the position offers discounts for families and friends at the hotel and restaurants.
