Raffles London at The OWO seeks a Demi Chef de Partie to support Mauro Colagreco's restaurant team. You will assist Sous Chefs in food preparation, uphold high kitchen standards, and keep areas clean and organized in a luxury hotel setting.

You will contribute to mise en place, dish development across outlets, and training of junior chefs while supporting cost control and a positive working environment.
