Dementia Wellbeing Coordinator - Person-Centred Activities

South Coast Nursing Homes in Worthing, West Sussex, is recruiting a Dementia Wellbeing Coordinator for Berkeley Lodge. You'll focus on the emotional, social, and physical quality of life for residents living with dementia and help plan person-centred activities.
