Dementia Care Team Lead

Runwood Homes Limited is seeking a Care Team Leader in Basildon to supervise a team of Care Assistants and deliver compassionate, person-centred care. You will plan care, maintain detailed records, and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure residents feel safe, respected and independent.

The role requires leading by example, excellent organisation, and a positive energy to support dementia care and daily activities.
