Dementia Care Centre Supervisor

Age Concern Hampshire is seeking a Day Care Centre Manager to support the Centre Manager in delivering a high-quality, person-centred service for older adults. You will assist with staff supervision, care planning and safeguarding, while promoting dignity, independence and meaningful activities.

The role requires leadership in dementia care, collaboration with families and professionals, and ensuring compliance with policies, records, and health and safety standards.
