Demand Planner - Hybrid Permanent Hatfield

We're looking for a Demand Planner to join our team on a permanent basis . This hybrid role is based at Trident Place, Hatfield , with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. You'll play a key role in managing forecasts, supplier performance, and key KPIs to ensure our product range runs smoothly across both Ocado and Morrisons channels.

What you'll be doing
  • Own demand and forecast planning for 2,500 products, achieving KPIs for availability, waste, and fulfilment .
  • Build strong supplier relationships , conducting performance reviews and ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Optimise delivery schedules, buying processes, and inbound efficiency.
  • Support promotional, seasonal, and new product planning , providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate across Supply Chain, trading, operations, and project teams to improve processes and systems.
About you
  • Skilled in demand forecasting, data analysis, and supply chain planning .
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills , able to work independently and proactively.
  • Confident decision maker in a fast paced, KPI driven environment .
  • Strong Excel and IT skills , with ability to interpret numerical data and inform decisions.
  • Comfortable working occasional weekends on a rota .

Preferred : commercial acumen, supplier management experience, and e-commerce or large scale retail supply chain exposure.
