Role Overview:We are seeking a proficient Demand Plan Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Reporting to theDemand Planning Manager, this roleis responsible forsupporting the S&OEand S&OP process to maximise inventory availabilityandour inventoryposition.This roleis responsible forthe daily cadence to report on factors contributing towardsour KPI's andutilising ERP and forecasting tools to achieveaccurateforecasting.
You will developrelationships with key stakeholderstorepresentthe Supply Chain teamand drivemeeting cadenceto capture reactive and proactive demand.
Responsibilities:- Liaising with Salesand wider teamstoestablishfuture demand requirements for products
- Providing regular reporting and commentary on supplier performance, stock availability, stock holding, on-time / in-full delivery performance, and long-term product forecasts
- Responsible foraccurateupdating ofERP systemswith key information to enable successful resolution of inventory requests or queries and tracking of all mandatory KPIs
- Maintaining Forecasting ToolsthroughKeystakeholder input and analyticalskills to ensure demand forecasts areaccuratein line with KPI's set by management.
- Contributedaily / weekly / monthly cadence tocontribute towards stock availability and inventory value KPI's
- Maintainactively stocked product to ensure obsolescence and stock availability are under control as product ranges change
- Minimising excess inventory and stockouts
- Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting
- Keen eye for detail and ability to call out risks to management
- Strong communicationskillsacross departmentsto positively contribute to demand planning
- Proficiencyin demand planning software and advanced Excel features
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets
- Passion for ensuring customer satisfaction
