Archer Recruitment is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a commercially minded, drive-focused individual to join our team in a newly created Demand Generation & Growth Marketing role.

This position offers the chance to build a marketing function from scratch, own high-converting lead channels, and directly impact revenue growth. If you thrive on revenue ownership, strategic campaign execution, and data-backed success, this could be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities

• Organic & Content Growth: Scale search traffic and produce targeted content to drive high-converting inbound leads.
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with the sales team to secure target account meetings.
• Sales Enablement: Create pitch-ready collateral, case studies, and sector-specific positioning materials.
• Lead Routing & CRM Operations: Capture and route inbound leads immediately to sales for rapid follow-up.
• Commercial Insights & Reporting: Track conversion rates, meetings booked, and pipeline revenue.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in B2B demand generation, ABM, or growth marketing (ideally within recruitment or professional services)
• Proven track record of running targeted campaigns that directly generate sales pipeline and revenue
• Strong copywriting capability to translate market insights into high-converting assets and ghostwrite for senior leaders
• Hands-on tech proficiency with LinkedIn, email automation, CRM workflows, GA4, and Google Search Console
