We're expanding our Supply Chain team at Global HQ and are looking for an experienced, proactive leader to help shape the future of our supply chain operations.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, balancing inventory, anticipating demand, identifying risks and driving effective purchasing decisions. You'll work closely with a diverse range of teams, including Operations, Quality, Customer Service, Regulatory, Sales, Finance, Suppliers, Logistics and third-party wholesalers, to keep our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing- Lead, inspire and develop the Supply Chain team to deliver a best-in-class service and supply chain experience.
- Develop and maintain the global monthly demand forecast, using key forecasting metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Review planning horizons to ensure optimal product availability across Rayner's portfolio.
- Lead and drive the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, bringing together key stakeholders to align demand and supply.
- Proactively identify future supply constraints and risks, developing practical mitigation plans and contingency options.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring quality, service and delivery expectations are consistently met.
- Take responsibility for GxP oversight across relevant Supply Chain activities.
- Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to make our demand and supply processes more efficient and effective.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to successfully manage product launches, phase ins and phase outs.
- Lead and deliver strategic projects and initiatives that support our wider business objectives.
- Provide clear, insightful management information and reporting to key forums and the Senior Leadership Team.
We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of supply chain planning, excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to lead and influence across a global organisation.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Forecasting.
- Proven line management and team leadership experience.
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent practical experience within Supply Chain.
- Experience successfully delivering projects and business initiatives across both commercial and supply chain environments.
- Experience of continuous improvement methodologies and initiatives.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and advanced formulas, alongside strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
