Delivery Team Trainer & Onboarding Coach (Luton)

Evri Group is seeking a Delivery Team Trainer to support new couriers in our Luton Delivery Unit. This fixed-term, full-time role focuses on helping couriers get started from Day 1, including app setup, onboarding, and practical guidance to ensure smooth first deliveries.

You will train and mentor couriers, coordinate Day 1 onboarding, and act as a helpful coach in a fast-moving operational environment in Luton.
