Delivery Team Lead: KPI-Driven Ops & People Leader

Bestway Group is seeking a Delivery Team Leader to drive an efficient delivery service from the Delivery Centre or Hub in Newbridge. You will support depot management, liaise with internal teams and customers, and ensure safety and KPI targets are met.

The role requires broad logistics experience, proven leadership in a multi-drop environment, and strong planning and problem-solving skills to optimise end-to-end supply chains. Onsite work with pension and leave benefits provided.
