Delivery Operations Lead - Staffing & Capacity

PhysicsX is seeking a Delivery Operations Manager to drive staffing and capacity planning across Delivery teams. You will synthesize input from Account Leads, Tech Leads, Commercial and Talent to create clear, decision-ready staffing views and actions, while maintaining data-driven operational rigor.

You will own end-to-end staffing, onboarding of new joiners, and help translate demand into hiring priorities, with a focus on improving workflows and visibility across Delivery.
