Job Description
THE COMPANY 
Fast-growing Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner with a strong UK presence, delivering across Dynamics 365 Business Central environments. Supporting organisations across Finance, Manufacturing, Production, and Warehouse, with a focus on high-quality delivery and operational excellence.
THE ROLE- Oversee day-to-day delivery across multiple teams, ensuring quality and consistency
- Act as the key link between Team Leaders and senior leadership
- Manage escalations, blockers, and workload balancing across projects
- Drive delivery standards, process improvements, and operational efficiency
- Work closely with Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders to maintain delivery continuity
- Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Service Delivery, or Senior Project role
- Strong background delivering ERP projects (ideally Dynamics NAV / Business Central)
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, teams, and customer priorities
- Confident handling escalations, resolving issues, and driving outcomes
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- £85,000-£90,000
