Our Wealth and Personal Banking business supports millions of individuals, families, business owners, investors and entrepreneurs worldwide. We provide products and services that include current accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as savings, investments, insurance and wealth management. We also have specialised relationship managers who support customers with bespoke requirements, including high net worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
We're looking for experienced people with a reliable track record in managing change to fill the GCB5 Delivery Manager role within the UK Change Execution Team.

Responsibilities- Work diligently and with integrity to implement changes safely and efficiently. Use operational risk frameworks to manage issues as they arise.
- Establish the pace and workflow, fostering a focus on customer and ensuring timely delivery by addressing obstacles to success.
- Oversee the execution of changes to promptly identify any risks, issues, or dependencies throughout the process. Taking ownership for critical problems, ensuring they are resolved within timeframes while putting in place plans to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate and cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders by providing regular updates to address urgent issues.
- Proactively track through benefits as they are realised throughout the programme.
- Oversee governance activity at all stages of the programme delivery.
- Sound experience in project and programme management, demonstrating successful outcomes.
- Experience in managing significant changes within complex organisations and technological environments.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills are essential; the ability to foster effective internal and external networks and collaborate with others to achieve objectives and key results is crucial.
- Experience in quickly identifying, addressing, and escalating issues as needed.
- A positive, adaptable, and resilient person, open to change and capable of adjusting to evolving circumstances.
- Experience of using tools such as Confluence & Jira is desirable.
This is a Hybrid role based in either Birmingham, Leeds, Chester or Sheffield.
