Delivery Manager - Educational Travel & Ops Leader

Equity is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead a high-performing area of its Delivery function in Brighton, ensuring excellent customer service, operations and commercial performance.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will manage Senior Delivery Executives, guide hub performance, translate strategy into practical priorities, and drive improvements in customer experience and efficiency across the organisation.
