Delivery Lead, SaaS Implementations & Client Enablement

Jobtailor is seeking a Delivery Lead to own end-to-end implementation delivery for SaaS clients, from kickoff to go-live, ensuring on-time, scoped, and quality outcomes.

You will train and support clients on launch and post-launch, manage data migrations and integrations, and lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to remove blockers.
