Our client is at an exciting early stage of a major transformation, with a clear ambition to create an environment that inspires, enthuses, and challenges a diverse community of students and researchers.

As Delivery Lead, you will play a key role within the Research & Innovation function, fostering a high-performing delivery environment and enabling teams to successfully deliver impactful products and services.

Joining at a critical point in the transformation, you will have the opportunity to shape delivery practices and contribute directly to organisational strategy. You will also deputise for the Heads of Delivery, building strong relationships and influencing decision-making at senior levels. This role offers excellent career progression opportunities.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Delivery Lead

Strong background leading teams to deliver products

Solid Agile delivery experience

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including engagement at senior level
