Role OverviewAs a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of marketing and data transformation projects, with a strong focus on the Salesforce tech stack. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications to ensure seamless delivery of Customer Data Platform (CDP), data clean room, and digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment and values collaboration, structure, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and deliver multi-workstream digital and data projects within defined scope, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, data engineers, and strategists, to ensure project alignment and delivery.
- Own project governance by tracking milestones, managing risks, and driving resolution of issues.
- Serve as the main client contact, maintaining transparency, alignment, and stakeholder confidence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project documentation, status reporting, and management of change requests to support operational excellence.
- Drive consistency in delivery practices by applying Agile or hybrid methodologies, and support pre-sales activities by scoping new engagements, creating proposals, and estimating delivery timelines.

- At least 4 years' experience managing digital transformation or MarTech projects, with a strong understanding of delivery across marketing, data, and technology domains.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in fast-paced environments, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, DevOps).
- Project management certifications (Prince2, PMP, or Scrum) and experience with CDP or DCR implementations (Adobe, Salesforce, Tealium, or LiveRamp) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and exposure to AI or automation tools in marketing and data operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with a structured and results-oriented approach and strong attention to quality and detail.
