This is an exciting opportunity to join DeloitteOperations for an engagement with one of our clients.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced VP-level Third-Party Risk specialist tosupport the review, redesign and implementation of key third-party riskmanagement processes across a large, complex and highly regulated financialservices organisation.

The role will focus on assessing current-state processes and designingenhanced future-state capabilities across key risk domains including supplierexit planning, single/sole source risk, exit testing, material subcontractor(nth-party) oversight and third-party assurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning processes toindustry best practice, emerging regulatory expectations and strategic businessobjectives, before supporting pilot execution, implementation planning andenterprise-wide rollout.

Experience& Skills Required
  • Strong thought leadership and practical experience in Third-Party RiskManagement (TPRM), supplier governance, outsourcing or operational risk withina regulated environment, ideally financial services.
  • Proven ability to review, design and enhance TPRM processes, frameworksand operating models to improve risk management effectiveness, governance anduser experience.
  • Experience simplifying and optimising supplier lifecycle processes whilemaintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of third-party, fourth-party and nth-party risk,including supplier dependencies, concentration risk and single points offailure.
  • Experience developing and embedding governance frameworks, escalationprotocols, decision-making models and accountability structures that supporteffective risk ownership and oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and industry expectations relating tooutsourcing, operational resilience and third-party risk management.
  • Experience identifying process, control and data gaps and translatingfindings into practical remediation plans and sustainable operating modelimprovements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work acrossmultiple Risk domains and Business Units to drive change and embed new ways ofworking.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with theability to translate complex regulatory and risk requirements into practicalbusiness outcomes.
  • Experience delivering TPRM transformation or large-scale controlenhancement programmes.
  • Experience supporting initiatives relating to concentration risk, vendorlock in risk, supplier dependencies or nth-party risk management.
  • Experience reviewing and enhancing supplier controls, governanceprocesses and escalation mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of TPRM tooling, workflow automation and data-driven riskmanagement solutions.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation or advanced analytics to simplifyprocesses, improve risk insight and reduce manual effort.
