Delivery Customer Service Advisor

DPD is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in the West Midlands to support both internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery. You will work with Drivers and Operations Managers to identify issues, solve problems, and take ownership to resolve them.

You will answer delivery-status queries, supply PODs, investigate missing parcels, and handle delivery disputes while promoting DPD products and services to customers.
