Delish Deli Team Member - Spar Belvoir, 60 Old Milltown Road, Belfast, BT8 7SW

Pay rates ranging from £11.90 - £13.25 per hour depending on your age and great benefits.

Full time position working 37.5 hours per week (5 x 7.5 hour shifts) during the department opening hours Monday to Sunday, 6am 5pm. Weekend shifts will be required.

Role Overview

Our delis offer customers breakfast, lunch, and coffee on the go. As a daily deli team member you will help prepare food, provide excellent customer service, and maintain hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand customers' needs and advise them on products and services.
• Provide first class service to all customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
• Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a team to keep SPAR Bakery and Daily Deli counters fresh and appetizing.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• No previous retail or foodservice experience is necessary - training will be provided.
• Team members should have personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude, capable of making customers smile and delivering an outstanding experience.
