Pay rates ranging from £11.90 - £13.25 per hour depending on your age and great benefits.

Full time positions available at 42.5 hours per week, working Monday to Sunday between 6:00 am - 3:00 pm with some flexibility required.

A look into the role

Our deli is a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or coffee on the go. You will help prepare delicious food, deliver first class customer service at the deli counter, and maintain great hygiene standards by keeping prep and service areas clean. You'll be supported by a team of brilliant people and have fantastic career development and progression opportunities.

As a Deli Team Member you will:

• Listen to and understand customers' needs, and advise them about our products and services.
• Provide a first class service to all customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
• Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a team to keep the SPAR bakery and deli fresh and appetizing.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• We'll provide all the training, even if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience.

Working Hours

Full time: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm with some flexibility. Shortlisted candidates can discuss working hours and shift patterns in detail at interview.
