Deli Team Member - Spar Silverwood

Pay rates ranging from £11.90 - £13.25 per hour, depending on your age.

Working Hours

Positions available in-store at 8-37.5 hours per week. Availability Monday to Sunday 6am - 3pm. Shortlisted candidates will discuss working hours and shift patterns in further detail at interview.

Responsibilities

• Provide a first class service to all customers.
• Prepare, cook, and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
• Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter duties.
• Work as part of a team to keep all counters - SPAR Bakery and Delish Deli - fresh and appetizing for customers.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• No previous retail or foodservice experience required - training provided.
• Team members with personality, passion, energy, and a positive attitude who know how to make customers smile and provide the very best experience.
