Defence Training Designer: Collective Exercises

OMNIA Training, in partnership with Raytheon UK, seeks a Training Designer to deliver collective training design for the British Army. You will work in a matrix structure, collaborating with the Training Design Branch and Army stakeholders to ensure training is fit-for-purpose and aligned with current doctrine.

You will guide end-to-end design activities, manage multiple priorities, and mentor others while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.
