Defence Training Design Analyst

Raytheon UK is seeking a Training Analyst in Winnersh to join the CMDC Training Design Team. You will analyse DSAT documentation data from training courses and deliver compliant training needs evaluations to meet the Authority's requirements.

Develop training courseware through analysis, design, maintenance, review and production of DSAT documentation and processes for military training, collaborating with subject matter experts to capture required data.
