Defence Site Chef: Creative Menus & Team Leadership

Compass Group UK&I in the Defence sector is seeking an ambitious Chef to join our Defence team, contracted to 36.25 hours per week and five days out of seven. You will prepare and serve high-quality meals, oversee menu changes, ensure hygiene, and work within a large national operation supporting military and government sites.

The ideal candidate will hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ, have a Food Hygiene certificate, prior supervision experience, and a flexible approach to shifts.
