Defence Site Chef & Menu Innovation Lead

Compass Group UK&I ESS is recruiting an ambitious Chef for Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours weekly. You will prepare and serve high-quality food, overseeing menus and food concepts while upholding hygiene standards and a positive brand image.

The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ, a Food Hygiene certificate, and experience supervising a team in a similar chef role. Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days is required.
