Defence Site Chef - Culinary Leader & Menu Innovator

Compass Group UK&I ESS is seeking an ambitious Chef to join Defence on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). You will prepare high-quality food, oversee menu changes, and help drive improvements to our services while upholding brand standards across a Defence portfolio.

You should have City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, a Food Hygiene certificate, and experience supervising a team in a similar chef role. A flexible approach to shifts is essential.
