Defence PM: High-Reliability, Lean Delivery Lead

Spectrum Control in the United Kingdom seeks a Project Manager to lead high-reliability defence microelectronics and optoelectronics projects. You will plan and implement production capacity to meet orders and drive continuous improvement through LEAN and Kaizen, while managing obsolescence and ILS strategies.

You will chair project gate reviews, report progress via WIP, FRACAS, and quarterly reviews, and liaise with customers as the primary interface.
