Defence Kitchen Chef - Menu Innovator & Team Lead

ESS - Defence, Energy and Government Services is seeking a Chef to support Defence-facing catering on a full-time basis (37.5 hours/week). The role involves preparing high-quality meals, supervising kitchen staff, and implementing menu changes to delight clients across Defence sites.

Candidates should hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent and a Food Hygiene certificate, with a flexible approach to shifts.
