Defence FM Service Manager - On-Call & KPI Driven

VIVO Defence Services is seeking an experienced Service Manager to act as the single point of contact between VIVO, the Head of Establishment and Defence Infrastructure Organisation for all Hard FM service delivery on site.

You will lead reactive and planned maintenance activities, ensuring safety, compliance and timely delivery. The role oversees direct teams and supply partners, maintains CAFM documentation and resolves customer issues promptly.
