Defence FM Service Manager - Lead Maintenance & Compliance

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, seeks an experienced Service Manager to be the single point of contact for Hard FM on site, delivering reactive and planned maintenance safely and compliantly. You will manage direct teams and supply partners, oversee ESTS/FASP, ensure statutory compliance, and monitor KPIs within CAFM systems.

The role includes on-call duties and supporting MoD Net Zero objectives.
