Defence Chef: Menu Innovator & Service Leader

Compass Group UK&I, in Defence catering, is seeking an ambitious Chef for a full-time position, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You will prepare high-quality food, oversee menu changes, and support creation of new menus while representing Defence and upholding our brand image.

You will work 5 days out of 7, with a strong focus on customer feedback and food service improvements. A City & Guilds/NVQ and Food Hygiene cert are required, plus team supervision experience.
