Defence Chef - Menu Innovation & Team Leadership

Compass Group UK&I, ESS for Defence, is hiring an ambitious Chef on a full-time basis contracted to 36.25 hours per week. You will prepare and serve high-quality food that delights clients and customers, while supporting menu changes and new concepts.

The ideal candidate will hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, have a Food Hygiene certificate, and prior experience supervising a kitchen team. 5 days out of 7 flexibility is expected.
