Defence Catering Chef - Menu Innovation & Team Leadership

Compass Group UK&I, ESS is recruiting an ambitious Chef on a full-time basis (36 hours per week) to support Defence clients and deliver outstanding food experiences.

You will prepare delicious, high-quality meals, supervise kitchen staff, implement menu changes and uphold hygiene and safety standards across our catering operations, while contributing to menu development and customer satisfaction.
