Defence Catering Buffer & Team Lead (Full-Time)

Compass Group UK & I ESS Defence sector is seeking a Buffer on a full-time basis, contracted to 37 hours per week, with a 50.2 week year. You will check deliveries, store goods promptly, and supervise a team while acting as a key holder to support smooth operations and excellent service.

The ideal candidate has experience supervising frontline teams, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
