Defence Built Estate Lead - On-Site, SC Clearance Eligible

VIVO Defence Services seeks an experienced Built Estate Manager to lead facilities management within a secure Defence environment. You will own a complex estate, provide technical leadership to on site teams, and coordinate with DIO/DSTL and other stakeholders to deliver planned and reactive works.

You will ensure compliance with safety standards, optimise assets, manage budgets, and champion sustainability. This is a high impact, on site role requiring UK national status and SC eligibility.
