Defence & High-Reliability Project Manager

Gerrell & Hard Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex defence, microelectronics and optoelectronics projects from concept through qualification and production handover.

You will manage scope, cost and schedule while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and commercial teams. You will act as the primary customer interface, chair gate reviews, monitor risk and drive continuous improvement using LEAN/Kaizen methodologies.
