Decor Team Lead - Manufacturing Excellence

Ball Corporation in Milton Keynes is seeking a Shift Team Leader to oversee the Deco area, drive performance, meet production targets, and report issues to the Shift Manager.

You will ensure safe practices, maintain housekeeping, drive continuous improvement, coordinate maintenance with engineering, and standardise equipment settings to meet quality specifications, all while working onsite.
