Debt Team Leader

As Debt Team Leader, you will be responsible for making sure our money advice service is delivered to a consistently high standard and fully meets FCA requirements. You will lead and support the team day to day, creating a positive environment where staff feel confident, capable and focused on achieving agreed outcomes.

Alongside overseeing performance and carrying out quality checks, you will also provide direct money advice yourself - face to face, over the phone and through digital channels - modelling good practice and ensuring clients receive the best possible service.
